Speakers and oral presenters are requested to bring their PowerPoint presentation files to the Speakers’ Preview Room at least 3 hours before their session starts.

E-posters

E-posters will be displayed at the exhibition area on 6-8 June 2025.

Coffee/Tea

Coffee/Tea and Refreshments will be served at the designated times.

Lunch

Complimentary lunch will be provided with limited quota on a first-come-first-served basis during the designated times.

Bring your Own Bottle

You are recommended to bring your own reusable bottles and mugs. Water dispensers will be available at the venue.

Identification Badges

All participants will receive an identification badge upon registration. Name badges are required at all times for identification purposes and admission to the Congress.

Internet Service

Complimentary WIFI access is available in all the HKCEC venues.  To ensure reasonable performance and fair use by all Wi-Fi service users, there is a 240-minute usage limit of each session of the complimentary Wi-Fi service upon successful login for each device. Users can login again for the complimentary Wi-Fi service after each session or disconnection.

Language

The official language of the Congress is English. There will be no simultaneous interpretation.

Professional Accreditations

Should Hong Kong delegates wish to obtain CME/CNE points, please signify your attendance at the service desk in Room S222-S223.  More details will be updated in due course.

Certificate of Attendance

E-certificate of attendance will be sent to those attended the Congress by email.
