Ms Amy CHAN graduated with Master in Clinical Pharmacy, is currently a Clinical Pharmacist in Queen Mary Hospital. She works as Section Coordinator in Out-Patient Central Pharmacy, and in charge of Pharmacist Clinic for Out-Patient Ambulatory Care Services, including Pharmacist Anticoagulation Clinic, Pharmaceutical Care Centre and Telepharmacy service. She had completed Heart Failure Preceptorship Programme in Singapore National Heart Centre in 2019.

Amy is the Honorary Tutor for The University of Hong Kong and The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Apart from her daily work, she is also a member of Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Hong Kong and promotes the role of Clinical Pharmacist through various Patient Educational programme in media.
