Virtual Congress Login Instruction
Registrants will receive a personalized login instruction by email on 5 July 2021 to access the Virtual Congress Platform.  You are suggested to login to the platform 30 minutes prior to the Congress start time to ensure your system is working.  Please check your spam/junk mailbox and contact the Secretariat by email at info@hkccasc.com if you cannot locate that email.

Certificate of Attendance
Evaluation will be sent to all attendees after the Congress, on or before 16 July.  E-Certificate of attendance will be sent by email to those who filled out the Evaluation.  If you do not receive the email by 16 July, please check your junk mailbox or contact us at info@hkccasc.com. 

Virtual Exhibition
Virtual Exhibition will be opened from 9 July to 31 August 2021.  Please visit the Virtual Exhibition Booths to explore the new product innovations and the latest technologies from our industry partners.

On-demand Video
On-demand video (VOD) recordings of the scientific sessions will be available at the Congress Website: www.hkccasc.com after the Congress.  Please note that accreditation points and certificate of attendance will not be given or provided to participants who have accessed the recordings for self-study after the Congress.  The Secretariat will notify you by email once the VOD are available. 

Adverse Weather Arrangement (For Physical Delegates)
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force, the following arrangement will be applied:

If the signal is hoisted or issued at or after 6:00 am	Sessions before lunch break and lunch symposium will be delivered via VIRTUAL PLATFORM.
If the signal is hoisted or issued at or after 11:00 am	Sessions of the day will be delivered via VIRTUAL PLATFORM.

Disclaimer
Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure that all aspects of the Congress announced will take place as scheduled, the Organizer reserves the right to make last minute changes should the need arise.
