Dr Chow graduated from medical school of University of Hong Kong in 1995 and achieved to complete paediatric fellowship training in 2003. Since 2004, he continued his career in paediatric cardiology and received further training both in adult congenital heart disease and paediatric cardiology in Royal Brompton Hospital, London in 2007. Later, he further pursuit in the field of foetal cardiology with clinical attachment in Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto in Sept – October 2019. Understanding the importance of ongoing learning and broadening the vision, he obtained Master of Public Health in 2012 and Master of Social Science in Applied Psychology in 2016 respectively.

He is currently working as a Consultant in Paediatric Cardiology in Queen Mary Hospital in Hong Kong, with special focus on management of grown-up congenital heart as well as expanding foetal cardiology services.
